Student’s Rules and Regulation Form

1       World of Music will not be held responsible for any loss or damage to student property.

It is the responsibility of all students to look after their music instruments and any other property that they bring on campus.

1. Registration fee is compulsory for all students and is non refundable.
2. It is the responsibility of the trainee to attend all classed as scheduled so as to qualify for certification. If students do not attend classes for no valid reason the institution shall hold no blame towards the students’ failure.
3. Under instance where the student gets faced with challenges and therefore not able to attend classes, it is vital that the student informs the administration in time so that they may be assisted in catching up with their work.
4. Sick leave from the Doctor must be produced in case the student is ill and cannot afford to attend classes.
5. School fees is payable in advance at the beginning of each month. It is vital that students keep their proof of payment, should need arise to use them. Students who do not pay school fees may not attend classes.
6. If a trainee loses any study materials that have been issued by the institution, it is their responsibility to replace such materials.
7. World of Music will assist all foreign students in the processing of their study permit but will not be held responsible may their application e declined. Details for processing study permit may be obtained at the office
8. In a situation where a student has got a complaint or a clarification from the management, prearrangement shall be made through the receptionist.

1. It is part of our policy and quality assurance measure at World of Music that we maintain a maximum of 8 students per class
2. World of music is an anti-discrimination Institution. We therefore offer opportunity for everybody to study music regardless of colour, race, geographical origin, gender, sexual orientation or ethnic origin. We therefore pride ourselves for being an institution with diverse culture.
3. It is advisable, though not mandatory by school policy, that students should have the Instrument that they play at home, so as to practice outside of lesson times.
